Quick polite and efficent

Where do I start? From the initial consultation with Darren, we knew we were dealing with professionals, focussed on a good efficient service over making a profit. We wanted a water softener, new boiler, new shower, shower tray and cubicle. Darren assessed what we currently had and made recommendations that not only will save us so much money in servicing, but also the most efficient system for our house, transferring from gravity feed to a new HP cylinder. He installed a water softener, 4 in 1 kitchen tap with hot and cold softened water, filtered drinking water and boiling water, so we could bin yet another limescaled kettle. A new boiler with 12 years parts and service guarantee, new HP cylinder, with the removal of our old water tanks in the loft, new Aqualiser shower, a new tray, cubicle and cistern in the toilet (that was done for free). There was minimal disruption made, very tidy work, which they cleared as they worked, a great polite and skilled workforce, and continuous updates. I will not even hesitate to recommend Flotech as you know you will get good quality work.

Had my water cylinder replaced recently and really happy with the service. Darren came out quickly, diagnosed the fault straight away and got the new one organised. James and Finn then turned up and smashed the job. Old unit out, new one in, fast and clean with no mess left behind. Proper professional team, would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with our new combi boiler installed by Darren and Chris, replacing our old knackered boiler and water cylinder 👍. Originally spoke to Darren who was very accomodating, coming to originally inspect on a Saturday to work around our jobs. Didn't know much about this sort of thing as we had recently moved into our first house, but was put at ease with the explanation of the job and given a very good quote compared with other companies we had contacted. Darren and Chris came just a few days later when they had a sudden day's availability, then returned to finish the job the following week. All done very well with a very neat and tidy finish. Darren has always clearly explained the heating/boiler situation to me prior to any works starting and makes every effort to keep the costs low by only replacing what’s necessary. Shower pump problem and leak. Darren was fantastic. He took on our plumbing job within minutes of it being posted, phoned straight away to clarify the work and popped round the very next morning to complete the work. I'd highly recommend Darren and his team. He's done lots of work for us at two different houses, over the years. (Replaced a boiler, moved a boiler, annual services, replaced a bathroom, fitted a new shower room, installed a new hot water tank in the loft, replaced old pipes throughout the house...). He always discusses the options and never tries to talk us into something that's not necessary. He finds solutions that mean we can get the most out of a space. (Got to make room for the clothes airer!) He's happy to troubleshoot over the phone and then comes round when needed. We contacted Flotech heating and plumbing ltd to renovate one of our bathrooms they Completely transformed it. We have a lovely new shower, sink unit and mirror. Wall hung toilet and lovely tiles and a very modern bathroom, amazing result. Very tidy from start to finish and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend 10/10

Darren serviced my boiler 28/11/24, He turned up on time and was very tidy and cleaned any mess made and he's a very polite man. Last year when my boiler was serviced by another company they told me one of my valves was corroded and needed replacing. I Called Darren for a second opinion and he said it did not need replacing and the guy was looking for work. I appreciated his honesty and that's why I called on Darren to service my boiler this time round.

Darren fixed my boiler at the agreed price. He explained everything very clearly to us . We are very Satisfied with the job he done .

Darren has been servicing my boiler for the past 9 years, installing a new one 5 years ago. Darren and John turned up exactly when they said they would and were polite, friendly and professional. They resolved our hot water problem with minimum fuss and also explained how to resolve the low water pressure and checked the efficiency of the water softening unit. Darren and Lewis installed a replacement boiler in my home yesterday. They arrived promptly and immediately started work. Once he had removed the casing, Darren explained to me why the old boiler had been playing up, showing me where a leak had caused the casing to rust. Before too much time the new smaller more efficient boiler was in place and the new pipework was taking shape. Getting the boiler in place is only part of the job, there are extensive tests that are required to properly set up the system for maximum efficiency. By about 4pm the system was up and running properly and the guys were on their way home, after another job well done and a very satisfied client.
